We provide support to the corporate innovation process from ideation, business planning, business modelling and go-to-market strategies. As well as organic innovation or start-up venturing we plan the right expansion strategy.

Real Estate

Real Estate management and support for acquisition, divestiture and rental solutions at all levels related to a M&A or expansion strategy.

SynergyON advises MANN+HUMMEL on the carve-out of its High-Performance Plastic Parts division.

MANN+HUMMEL announced on October 1st the completion of the sale of its High Performance Plastic Partsbusiness to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. The non-filtration business acquired by Mutares became part of its automotive portfolio with a global footprint.
As part of a nine-month engagement, SynergyON provided PMO, Carve-In, Carve-Out, M&A Transaction, Tax, Finance, Legal, IT and Operational support to MANN+HUMMELs French and German entities.

Publication: European Energy M&A

Date: 06.05.2021

In partnership with Belgers Advisory, we deep dove into the international (post-)pandemic M&A market, looked at trends & developments in the European energy sector and analysed over 2’500 mergers & acquisitions with a total value of more than 1’000 bnEUR in the European energy sector in the period 2015 to Q1-2021.We conclude that the market is fragmented and dominated by relatively low-value deals and single-acquisition buyers. Limited sector knowledge for non- energy investors and limited M&A experience in general, seem to be risk factors. We propose 4 pre-deal risk-mitigation tasks.
